You may request a refund within 7 days of your payment for any service or product provided by webWhiz. After the 7 days period, we will not be able to offer a refund.
To request a refund, please email us at email@example.com with your account details and the reason for your refund request. Once we receive your request, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
We understand that there may be circumstances that require you to request a refund, but we also need to cover our costs. Therefore, we will provide you with a partial refund based on the amount of tokens you've consumed during the usage of our services.
The partial refund amount will be calculated based on the number of tokens that you have used. For example, if you have used only 20% of the total tokens you purchased, then we will provide you with a partial refund of 80% of the amount you paid.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of our services.
